How to Beat Level 54 in Gardenscapes: A Step-by-Step Guide

Level 54 in Gardenscapes is notoriously tricky, and many players struggle to beat it without big moves. However, with the right strategy and a bit of luck, you can conquer this level and move on to the next challenge. In this article, we'll walk you through how to beat level 54 using a combination of clever moves and planning.

The first crucial step is to use your Rainbow Blast wisely. At 2:46, I used my Rainbow Blast on the red flower, even though I knew it would only match two against the flowers. This move may seem counterintuitive, but it's essential in clearing out all the green tiles at 1:30 and getting rid of the other chains at the bottom.

Another key automatic match comes from the water at around 1:57, which gives me three flowers. Instead of blowing up a firework, I chose to match three water tiles because I knew the explosion would make it difficult for me to create another match. By doing so, I cleared an additional chain on the left and got closer to creating a flower.

By 1:19, I've got a firework above the garden and am ready to start collecting flowers. I did this because I knew that in one more turn, the water would create a match for me. You'll notice at 1:11 that I blew up a firework even though I could have matched a water tile and cleared a chain. This is an important benchmark for how far you need to progress.

As I reach 0:54 with only 26 turns left, I focus on clearing chains wherever possible, even if it's just one at a time. The key here is to plan ahead and anticipate where the blocks will fall after they're cleared. This requires some skill and attention to detail, but it's crucial for success.

In my video walkthrough, you'll notice that I got lucky with two bombs at the start of the level. By 0:36, I'd blown up one of them and removed a significant number of chains blocking the bottom garden. This can be tricky to picture, as you need to envision where all the blocks will fall after they're cleared and then make a clockwise movement.

Levels with moving water require more preplanning than still levels, so it's essential to think ahead and plan your moves carefully. With patience and persistence, you should be able to beat level 54 in Gardenscapes and move on to the next challenge.
